Offensive Driving Emblem as weekly reward again…

They really need to up the Ultimate Rewards, I’m not grinding my rear off for an emblem I’m never even going to use

That’s how I feel honestly… Had the battle passed capped out at 100 for a month or two now and if the weekly isn’t something I care about then I can ignore challenges entirely and just play what I want to play.

Why emblems??? Why even make emblems…there’s no novelty to them because that’s literally half of what the challenges are.

The only emblem I cared about was the mantle emblem, are the colours are so horrible, that looks just plain ugly.

Be warned you die alot, but it’s hella rewarding feeling when you beat a boss.

Loving Elden ring, never been so happy to pay full price for a game that has no monetization in it.

But it’s still a re-issue because I already have it for vehicle and weapon.

Just a few more months and 343 will have sold us all the other 50 default colors from Halo 5.

I’m so excited that 343 only gave us 10 of the 60 default colors from Halo 5. And instead of letting us grind to unlock the other 50 for our weapons, vehicles and armors, they went even further with providing generous content and said Naw we will use those to fill our store.

343 is so innovating lol.

Dear God you know it was bad when they were selling us the knife that is on your Spartans chest, that you got as a default knife in the original Halo Reach

I didn’t care about it for my weapons I REALLY don’t care about it for vehicles a weekly challenge should have it gift both in the first time so…

Big yikes. I don’t understand the lack of communication with the players regarding the major complains we’ve seen, with one being the lackluster weekly rewards.

Yep, its the same every week. hop on see there is no reward worth getting, no progression, and no new content. Then hop off without playing a single match. Its sad I care more about checking the store each week than anything else. I guess thats what 343 intended.
The problem with that is I cant justify spending money anymore when I dont know when the next time Im actually gonna play the game is. I’ve spent $160 on credits too so I was gonna support them as long as this game didnt die like it has.

Yes, imo I think is very exhsaustive to complete the weekly challenge ( sometimes, missions of completing misions with a specific gun hurt like hell), specially convenant ones) just to receive an emblem, yes is cool to obtain a new emblem to a vehicule or weapon but at the end is someting that ourselfs or maybe few will ever notice.

I don’t get why the DefendersTM aren’t all up on this topic? They have so much to defend here!

This emblem, what does it do? How will it impact your halo6 multiplayer experience?

Ooh, look - back with the disingenuous question again.

You know full well what the answer is

Sorry. I’m just curious. If people are willing to complete challenges for these types of things they must have some kind of affect on their gaming.

Some of these challenges have people going out of their way to do things they never would otherwise. Like rushing down certain weapons just to get those kills they need. Even quitting a match because it isn’t the right game mode they require.

Even if you aren’t going for the challenges yourself…there is a good chance someone is. Which may impact the game.

I get that. I’m asking what do such players gain by doing so. What does the emblem reward do for them? Last I checked, none of the emblems actually have any effects in-game.

Lots of people who play games with the completionist mindset. Even if it doesn’t do anything for them after earning it, players will still go for it regardless.

Kinda a side-effect of the lack luster content the game has to offer. For some, this is the only thing to work towards anymore.

I play for the completionist mindset too - I started playing the MCC late last May and got all of the achievements done a couple months ago. I have not wasted my time unlocking any of the useless armor at all. I hear nothing but bad things about halo6, anyone that’s dissatisfied with that game should just come back to the mcc and enjoy 343’s attempt at recreating the original Bungie experience.

These wouldn’t be so lame if they actually gave you the emblem for your nameplate/weapon/armor/vehicle all at once, instead of chopping them up and pretending they’re all different rewards.
