Is anyone else having this issue? I have contacted Microsoft support and they were clueless. They actually told me to go speak to 343. They couldn’t help me with a problem on their own console.

Great! Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling, now I can’t download it at all. I can’t find the game anywhere! I swear 343 can’t make a game. I’m searching the store and trying to use the redeem code. I’m searching me downloads and recent downloads and it doesn’t exist anywhere. Their attempt at a game for an apology is worse than their attempt at the actual game.

Go to Halo MCC and go to manage game. The DLC should pop up on the right. I’m redownloading it myself that way.

I can confirm this fix works. Go to Settings -> System -> Language & Location. Change language to English if you don’t already have that then change region to United States and restart as prompted. Then uninstall your failed download and redownload it (via Manage Game at MCC in Games & Apps). The file at the UK server (maybe others too) is corrupt and wrong size. Before changing region it said 7.6GB after it said 8.1GB which is the correct size.
I havent even downloaded ODST, I just tried to access MCC in general and then it refused to launch, saying it cant install. What the hell is going on? I cant even play MCC let alone ODST. It says Installation Stopped, although it also sayinng installation 100% seriously. I DIDNT PAY £40 TO WATCH THE XBOX DASHBOARD! Jeez why is basic programming so hard for those guys?
