I actually really enjoy the idea of this playlist.
I live rurally, however, and this unfortunately renders the playlist unplayable for me.
The shots to kill is so fast already, but I’m not even registering that I’ve been hit, then suddenly I’m dead. A couple post-game messages later, and that’s it for me there.
Again, love the idea though.
Yeah, there aren’t many playlists that handle well on a shaky connection. Not many at all.
Yeah, I mean, same could be said about SWAT. One shot and you’re dead on that mode. At least here, two headshots is basically death with the handgun shots. Its a great mode, yeah, I agree with that.

Swat is doable since it’s one shot.
Slayer there is more time to react and adjust if they get a couple laggy shots on you.
Something about it being in between the 2 makes it worse in my brief experience.
I feel like the decline in quality of the Halo 5 servers doesn’t help this issue as well. Try searching balanced if you aren’t already.

I’m in Canada but not near a major urban centre and on home LTE internet. Max out at 25 MBPS and ping likely not favorable either (not a tech wiz by any stretch).
I thought I had some of the worst connection, but surprisingly I haven’t had any negative games on the playlist, yet. Maybe try during a different time of day. I hope you get it straightened out sir!

Ping can’t be worse than it is overseas, though. That’s why a lot of us EU server area folks get really bad matches.

I have noticed that it pairs me up ALOT with people who send me messages in other languages. Mainly Spanish, and German. I wonder if that would be why, because we both have bad ping rates.

Nah, they’re just players who are connecting to American servers because they can’t find games in their regions. Lol.
