odst recon unlocked

i have unlocked the recon armor in halo 3 odst - my question is how i can activate it, because i have allready a bungie.net account

Are you talking about the Recon armour in Halo 3’s Multiplayer?

If so, the Vidmaster Challenges no longer unlock Recon, the armour is now discontinued. If you don’t have it now, you never will.

If you’re talking about Dare, the player model which has Recon for Firefight in Halo 3: ODST, you must complete the game on Legendary to unlock her and choose her in the lobby.
