I receive Halo ODST code for xbox one on July first twenty-fifteen. When i went to redeem it i was told that the code was already used. I contacted Xbox support and they said that it was used on June first twenty-fifteen. and referred me hear for help.
I would also like to report an issue for ODST. I recently purchased a digital copy of the game for the master chief collection but it always freezes up on the loading screen before the game can begin. It claims to be loading but the loading bar shows no progress. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried uninstalling odst and when that didn’t work I uninstalled the whole of the master chief collection with no luck.

but no one is listening and no one cares for my complaint
I have been unfairly missed out of Halo MCC compensation scheme and want the freebies like
everyone else. I purchased xbox 1 specifically for Halo Mcc and was affected buy a
broken game like millions worldwide. Now I want you guys to be FAIR and give me
ODST free and 1 month xbox live free please or my HALO journey will end here…
I can e-mail my halo MCC proof of purchase and you can check your logs for my
date and times playing Halo to prove i deserve compensation…
I complained to xbox customer support months ago and they keep sending me back here (3 times now over 6 months)!
