What do like more ODSTs or Spartans, and why?
Spartans are the more effective troopers in the human-covenant war, but ODSTs are also as equally important for dangerous missions as Spartans. I’d obviously pick the spartans since they are the more technically advanced and powerful super soldiers, but that’s not to say I dislike ODSTs in their service in the war.
Depends what kind of Spartans you are talking about. I like Spartan II’s and Spartan III’s more than ODST’s but I would prefer an ODST over a Spartan IV.

It’s true. 95% of Spartan III’s suuuuck lol. The Spartan II’s are awesome but too few in number and have pretty much been surpassed by the more up to date Spartan IV’s at this point.

Is your dislike for the S-IVs due to aesthetics? Their functionality is the same as previous generations, simply with better gear now.

I mean, it’s wholly your prerogative to hold that opinion, but I find that disliking an entire generation of Spartans because some pieces of armor are unsightly to be rather limiting of the S-IVs. They’re more than just their armor.
