ODST ' One or more actions are not bound to a key'

So I found a very weird bug for MCC on Steam. I go to rebind all my controls to my lefty friendly controls for Keyboard and mouse. Then when I get to ODST and rebind all the keys, every key is rebound to my preferred key, they’re all blue, and there is no orange at all, but it says ‘One or more actions are not bound to a key’. even when they’re all bound.

I’ve tried deleting the GameUserSettings.ini file in appdata/locallow/MCC/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor and rebinding the keys afterwards but nothing. I’ve tried ‘Restore to default settings’, it restores but it still pops up saying ‘One of more actions are not bound to a key’ even though every key has been bound.

Has anyone else had this issue before?

Small Update:
It seems binding zooming in to up arrow causes this issue. Everything else is ok, but I can’t use ‘Zoom In’ on Up arrow. Honestly that doesn’t effect me. So that’s weird, especially every other halo game, binding zoom in and zoom out to up arrow and down arrow works flawlessly. It’s just ODST who has this issue.

Every key binds perfectly fine besides zooming in (and I suspect zoom out too) so I there’s that. If you ever run into this issue for ODST, keep this in mind that binding zoom in and zoom out doesn’t seem to work on up arrow and down arrow.
