So I got to 100% pretty much 45 mins after the xbox message, it got to 100% then said ‘installation stopped’ tried to turn off/on console and did not work, so I attempted to uninstall and reinstall. When I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall I could not find the ODST game any ware. Not on mcc for download (I did update it) or on my ready to install or on the xbox live marketplace. So is that it? Have I missed my chance for the free ODST title and now have to pay for it? Or is there a better install history bit on Xbox One just like Xbox 360?
Hover MCC in My Games and press Menu button and choose mange game and it’ll be there!
I can confirm this fix works. Go to Settings -> System -> Language & Location. Change language to English if you don’t already have that then change region to United States and restart as prompted. Then uninstall your failed download and redownload it (via Manage Game at MCC in Games & Apps). The file at the UK server (maybe others too) is corrupt and wrong size. Before changing region it said 7.6GB after it said 8.1GB which is the correct size.
