I went to the Xbox One store and purchased Halo 3 ODST. It downloaded while I was playing MCC multiplayer. After it downloaded, I was notified that it finished and it installed. No further messages, nothing. I went to go play it and it isn’t there. It’s nowhere. So, I thought it needed a code in order for it to initiate/integrate into my Master Chief Collection, so I used a redeem code that my cousin sent me (MS had sent it to his Xbox inbox, but I never receive one). It took, yet there was still no sign of the game. I know it downloaded, because prior to the download, my hard drive was 17% used. Afterwards, it was 19.4% used. It doesn’t even show up on my downloads or on my hard drive so I can uninstall/delete it. So, where is my game? When I go up to the left of the Sign-In avatar, the game is in there. I go to launch it, and Master Chief Collection starts up, but ODST is still not in there. I spent over an hour with Microsoft Chat tonight trying to resolve the issue. Don’t know what to do at this point. The Chat representative told me she was going to elevate this to the Specialists. I hope they can help.
Are you loooking in the correct place? After you purchased and it was installed, it could be found under the Halo 3 campaign
> How do I access the Campaign for Halo 3: ODST in Halo: The Master Chief Collection?
>
> The Halo 3: ODST Campaign is accessible via the Halo 3 portion of the “Campaigns” section of the main menu of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
Oh Dear God, why the hell did they bury in the Halo 3 campaign? Gah!! Let me go see if it’s there.
