Hi Im pretty sure I played MCC in between the set dates, but I havent received a code. Could someone help?
Have a read over the MCC FAQ linked in my signature (also stickied at the top of the MCC forums). It details out what to do / where to post in the event that you still haven’t received a code

I would recommand you DELaHaye to contact 343 industry support immediatly (if it exists somewhere ) , I tried many times to contact the xbox live support and they can’t do anything for that problem I am afraid , but you may give it a try because I tried it before the codes were given , in all cases good luck ,or lets pray god than you find 5 $ in the streets !
