Title says it all. I was playing the ODST campaign and the 1st nine audio log achievements unlocked fine, after that I got nothing even though I kept activating them in game.
Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Are they “Done! Unlocking…”? I have two of them stuck like that for weeks.
Same for me,not all log achievements unlocking, collected all 30 weeks ago.
I have one audio log that is stuck in the “unlocking” phase, and has been like that for over 2 weeks now. Its rather annoying.
My completion achievements for beating on legendary aren’t unlocking either.
Me and my friend went and did all 29 Audio Logs on Mombasa but it says we only unlocked 17!!! This doesn’t make sense! I know this was tested but come on… how does this get released like so!!! There was no hurry to release ODST, why release with SO MANY BLAM bugs!!!
I too am having issues unlocking ODST achievements! 
Today I unlocked all 30 audio logs after weeks of waiting for log 29 to unlock…
I hope this solution works for some of you that have had trouble. I know how frustrating it is when achievements do not pop.
I loaded up mombasa streets ,easy difficulty,rally point open city. Played split screen with second controller. Collected all 29 in one sitting without turning off my console or resetting checkpoints. Also make sure the second profile you use has none of the audio log achievements so that all 29 terminals will be glowing yellow in the game.
The achievements unlocked for me using this method.
It only takes an hour or so,but Im unsure if this works with a friend co-op over xbox live.

If someone still has this problem I found a solution. At least it worked for me and I hope it can help someone. I had the achievement for Audio Log 13 stuck, it was the only one missed but I had collected all 30 of them.
Solution for me: I went to the fourth rally point of Mombasa Streets in co-op with a friend who had less than 13 Audio Logs, so when we get to the Audio Log 13 for him the achivements popped up for both of us.
