ODST 3 hour achievement still won't pop

The achievement for doing ODST on legendary under 3 hours still has not unlocked also none of the Halo 2 campaign or difficulty achievements either.

I have tried all troubleshooting steps to get them to unlock but nothing works

Check your Halo waypoint service record. It may say something different. If that’s the case you may need to rerun some of the missions. Luckily though ODST isn’t too hard.
