Oddly Low FPS

I’m going to preface my post by saying that I understand it’s a technical preview and 343 are likely to optimize the game later down the line.

Nevertheless, anyone else seeing their framerates unusually low? My CPU monitor is showing a 50% load and my GPU showing a 10% load. My RAM use when running the game is 15GB/32GB. All while running the game on ‘medium’ graphics settings on the relatively small map that is Live Fire. Just want to see if it’s an issue with my PC or weather other people are also experiencing this.

Intel i7 4770k
GeForce GTX 1080Ti
32GB DDR3
Running off a 1TB SSD

My cpu is running at around the same load and like 50% to 60% on my gpu. I’m only getting around 30-40 fps with any settings preset, high, medium, low, etc.

My specs:
Ryzen 5 2600x (no OC)
XFX RAW II Rx5700 xt
16 GB DDR4
Game is installed on a 500 GB M.2 SSD
