Oddball is and always has been a team game type. The only thing you can do in FFA is run and die. It just doesn’t work. It never has, it never will. Please add team doubles for the love of god.

lol? I’ve always considered Oddball to be THE FFA gametype, and always found it weird in teams. I’d love to see it in H4 actually as FFA.
Though I want doubles too.
Apparently you haven’t been with the series very long then. Oddball is both a free-for-all game and a team game. In fact, I used to see Oddball more often in FFA along with Juggernaut and King of the Hill back in the day. Team Oddball seemed exotic when it was introduced.

FFA oddball is more of a party gametype than a competitive one. However, team oddball is the exact oppositite. Honestly, i don’t really see how you see oddball as more of an ffa gametype. Team oddball has been big since halo 2. I don’t mind FFA objective gametypes but their shoulden’t be entire playlist dedicated to them. Especially since they only have two gametypes in the playlist.
The new oddball is better suited to team play, before passing happened it was much better FFA
Now I’d say it’s debatable which is better but it is actually a very fun team game if your team isn’t complete garbage at it
