Oddball Color Confusion, Ball Carrier Icon

I dont know if this has been brought up before, but i couldnt find anything.

Has anyone noticed that in Oddball the defend icon is red and the attack icon is blue, for the ball carrier. I noticed wen i attacked a red icon’d figure and the game announced that i had betrayed a teamate. HaHa! It is funny to me that every opposing tag is red, except for the oddball icons.

Also does anyone else have issues with personal ordinance drops landing differently then selected? I have seen in forum post where map ordinance was displaying wrong, but not personal drops.

Regarding color confusion.
Blue team=Blue icon- defend, Red icon- Attack
Red team=Red icon- defend, Blue icon Attack

but if all else fails just read the letters around it, it will either say-Attack or Defend.

The objective icons are colour coded according to team colours, I’m pretty sure. And personal ordinance drops dropping something that you didn’t request could be caused by the dodgy D-pad on xbox controllers.

It’s these things that tick me off.

In past games, DEFEND was always blue. ATTACK was always red. Out of force of habit after playing tons of past games, it mixes me up now.

Why change things, just to change things?

LMFAO yah i can read it but i hadnt noticed the team color chose the color of the icon, fail on my part. and thanks.

As far as the personal ordinance drop goes, it will drops items that arent even displayed asan option.

Cause 343. That’s the only reason.

I’ve also had this happen a few times. I thought I was just all the smoke making it’s way out of Colorado playing tricks on my mind.

Honestly though, would it really surprise you if was a bug with the game?

Yeah i get confused as well, betrayed a lot of team mates in objective gametypes :frowning:
