Okay, I told you to take cover, but you are sitting down reading this, so I might as well continue. I think grunts in Halo 2 are extremely cute. Not like I’m falling in love cute, but more as in, ‘aw!’ cute.

I love the little H2 Grunty’s, especially when they are on my side. I don’t think I’ve ever played without a laugh, thanks to them.

They killed Flipyap!!!..

I am always sad when I am playing as the Arbiter and they die.
So I revert to last checkpoint every single time.

I always do (go ‘aw’) when they’re my allies or unable to hit me with their shots. :3
They are revulsion in the newer Halo games though. I would not have even one as an ally in those games.
Also, there’s nothing cute about Heretic Grunts. Those things are like heat seeking missiles. shudder

Halo 2 had the best looking Covenant. Grunts and Jackals were adorable, Brutes and Elites were cool looking, and Hunters and Prophets actually looked intimidating.

Well yes there’s that (thank the gods they don’t have slight homing) but I was talking about the Needler wielding Heretic Grunts.
If you guys want, I can upload lengthy footage of them. I guarantee that it will be 10x more scarier, funnier, and ridiculous than even those kamikaze Grunt trains in Halo 3.

Thats how grunts SHOULD be fighting. Like crazy elite killing things. That’s what i loved about them heretic grunts, if the covenant grunts felt better about themselves that’s how tough they would be

That’s what I do!
Grunts are my favorite characters in the Halo universe (I like the more than master chief).
Me and my friends think the Halo 2 grunts are very cute and awesome too.
Sadly Halo Reach changed that and they became hideous and ugly =(.
Hopefully Halo 4 changes that.

But yes, I like how Heretic Grunts can be like badasses. This is what every Grunt should be doing. xD

I cower in the shadower corner, hurling insults at Bungie for making grunts so susceptable to headshots. They are spec ops! they should put up more of a fight
take off their masks, then talk to me
idk if i responded to this thread yet or not…anyways…i agree grunts are SO CUTE i like them in all the halo games they are just too bloody cute like i’m in love and want to adopt every last one of them cute…i was playing halo 5 and the last level where the grunts are trapped in the display case i almost cried then punched out my TV trying to free them i mean one how could bungie AND 343i make such cute lovable creatures like this then use em as cannon fodder i mean good lord people…yes i’ve been killed by them so many times on legendary but you can’t get mad at them because they’re so gosh darned cute…the laugh or the happy squeals and jumping up and down…i mean UGH…sorry i had to get that off my chest and im glad im not the only one who feels this way
