Odd lag issue

I just got my Halo 5 Guardians game all set, excited to play. I pop into MP and about half way through the game, I get this odd latency where I can run around and everyone else is walking into walls. In party chat, everyone is still playing the game, but I see this. About 30 seconds later, I pop to where I originally spawned with a couple more deaths on my scorecard. I hopped over to /r/Halo and this person on there is having the same issue and our situation is exactly the same.

We both have an open NAT, and NXOE. We also have TWC Roadrunner with a 50/5 down/upload speed. The only other thing on the network is my cellphone and I have a wired connection to the Xbox.

I have cleared my MAC and hard reset the Xbox as well.

If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same exact issue and TWC, but it doesn’t happen to my buddy who also is NXOE too. Terrible annoying tho, even tired hard wire but nope.
