I just downloaded the Majestic map pack and now whenever I enter matchmaking, my spartan shows as the default configuration and SR1. However, pausing the game and going to the spartan hub shows my correct level, with all loudouts and armor intact. I’ve tried deleting Halo 4’s game data, clearing the cache, redownloading the maps…nothing seems to help.
I’ve heard about bugs like this before, but never one where you’re SR1 in matchmaking but still the correct level in the hub. Any help on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.

This. Try restarting your console.
Everything is fixed eventually, just be patient, go to sleep, wake up tommorow and it should be fixed once you start up Halo 4.

Yeah, lets all just stop playing. Friday live screws up and we can’t play and now Monday it’s something else. This is completely unacceptable.

Tried numerous times, no dice.
I’m having the same problem. I put in the waypoint code and now I can’t use my loadouts and I’m stuck at SR1. I hope they get this fixed soon.
I have no idea if its the same for everyone else but I put in the code, im now stuck on SR-1, and I cant get any new achievements to unlock

At the very least I wish they’d acknowledge the problem so we know they’re aware of it and working on it.
