I’ve recently bought the halo 4 game disk, and with it I got a bonus card where I had the Oceanic Armor and the MJolnir Emblem, The Emblem code was OK, but the Oceanic armor had been redeemed, and I didn’t do it.
I went to Xbox support, and they send me here, I would like to know what can I do.
when you bought it was it a used game and if not was it still in plastic covering?
Take it back to the retailer. You will get zero aftersales support from 343 or Mircosoft for this title.
Yeah, was completely new, and I had to change the game disc once because I got a copy with some bugs, but the store changed it.
Also, that card gave it to me separately, like the ticket of purchase, and also the code was covered like allways.
Not much you can do but I find it odd that MS would send you here since they replaced my avatar crio pod with just an email.
If its separate card take to the store.
If it matters you unlock the armor at 48 which is about 20 hours of MP and SOps games, faster if you do connect a game with SOps. Sorta wish I had known that since I did single episodes by myself until I was 51.
