Hello good people i was wondering how i obtain Recon Armor now that Bungie can not give it to you for the vidmaster challenges?

Every so often, 343i gives Recon out to all new accounts on Halo 3, all accounts that have played Halo 3 in the past should already have it.
You’ll likely get Recon randomly sometimes in the next 30 days.
