Obtaining Ammo

I’ve noticed in the infinity slayer gameplay I’ve watched that there are a few power weapons on the map at the start of the match, and you can also call in power weapons with ordinance, but will there be primary weapon (DMR, BR, Carbine) spawns on the maps at all? Also, can you call in ammo with ordinance?

From what I’ve seen, it looks like we will have to rely on obtaining ammo from kills, which shouldn’t be too bad, but it just eliminates some go to ammo resupply points that we come to know on certain maps. Of course, this is assuming that I survive long enough to run out of ammo.

The Resupply tactical package allows you to recover grenades from dead enemies. Also, Grenadier allows you to carry an extra grenade.

Also the ammo support upgrade lets you start with more ammo, ordnance priority is like hardline, so you get more stuff faster.

I don’t see ammo really being a problem.

Hopefully after you kill a few people and are low on ammo, you’ll be able to get more

I agree with dialup, the ammo support package is the answer to that problem

At NYCC, that was one of the few things I noticed. Quite frankly, I found myself being out of ammo several times. Actually, there were a few times where both my primary and secondary weapons were empy and I had to scavenge around the map.

I should note though, that I played on Longbow and Ragnarok. So yeah…
