Lately, while playing Halo 4, when I back out into the War Games lobby and look at the playlists, almost all of them have populations of 500 or so players, even though maybe 10 minutes beforehand, they had normal populations. Why is this? I recall something about a backup server or something similar to that, but I can’t remember exactly what was said.
