they should make it like reach, for the amount of kills or medals, you get more points for a game
Can’t tell if OP is taking about Req levels within the game; RP for finishing the game, or Req Packs for leveling up with XP after the game.

If you got points per kill then there would be no incentive to drive the warthog as the driver gets boned for kills and assists and only earns a few wheel man medals.

As if there is any incentive currently. A driver is always taking one for the team.
Points for medals and every medal should have it’s own value like wheelman and kill medals should be the same and assists worth half a kill

This is why Warzone is such a stupid and worthless game mode…because you are not awarded properly. Also, this is why you see people just standing there in home base doing nothing.
