Why are the profile icons in halo 5 not in numerical order? It makes sense to make them in that order. What happened? Was 343 in a rush and added in the numbers randomly? And by the way, who even uses the numbers?
The UI was bad at launch and has made 1-2 small improvements since then. I don’t think they want to spend the resources fixing it.
Are you talking about the numbers emblems? I’m pretty sure those are in the order they’re unlocked. If you go into your collection screen to view emblems, they should be in order (organized alphabetically within rarity)

Not sure. Armor and helmets used to be in the order they were unlocked, but they changed that in an update. I don’t know why they didn’t do the same for emblems.

I don’t see why that really matters honestly. The extra 10 seconds it takes to find the number you’re looking for isn’t going to kill you.
Also, the numbers go from 1-12 I think right? A Spartan Company might want to designate each warzone team member as a number, idk. Even a team of 4 could use any numbers they wanted.
I remember some of the numbers came in a later update so they all weren’t released at the same time. Don’t know why they aren’t in order, but it’s one of those things that I highly doubt is going to be changed.

A pretty irrelevant and small issue to focus on imo. The overall menu and lack of customisable options is the issue . Being able to put items weather it’s emblems , armours , weapons etc in a order that the individual likes would be great. A total redesign would be nice for halo 6.
