In a Ship-ship combat context it would be awesome. But for ground-based only a small tactical device would be feasible I’d have said

Ahh ok, this is so awesone!
I mean leaders already have powers that nuke your army, we dont need anymore of these I win by barely building because I stunned you into a nuke style.
I feel it would be really OP and off balance everything
They already have a nuke, its Decimus’ lvl 3 mean beam. Catch armys at a choke point and watch everything melt😊

Have yall seen Atroix final leader power? “Eradication” and let’s not forget he also has the glassing beam that is upgradable he is the best bomb dropper. That’s the closest thing to a nuke we will get and if they do happen to make a nuke it would be on a whole new leader.
