Now that people have gin back to work, the daily peak population at one time is below 100,000. Which sucks cause it was 115,000 on Sunday. That said do you think it’s possible it will go up gradually when people get used to working? I hope so I really like this game.the hate squad is going to use this as a weapon against halo more then ever. Put on your flame suits guys…

I very highly doubt it. By the summer, I don’t expect this game to have much of a population at all depending on the TU and the map pack.

It doesn’t bug me because I have mathematically calculated the unique player population over 24 hrs and its 900,000 to 1,000,000 a day. What I’m concerned about is the 343 hate squad using the population as an argument that it fails.

Like someone said before, don’t worry about population as there is always a match on.

There will allways be players on. If i can find 6 players to play a few rounds of FEAR 2 then im sure Halo 4 is all good

Guys, I think we have a serious problem here! The population went from 115,000 to 100,000 from a weekend day to a weekday! Let us bathe ourselves in honey mustard in ritualistic sacrifice and beg the almighty Halo god to absolve us of our sins!

Do people seriously base the enjoyment of a game on the population? After seeing so many threads I have to ask: “Does the population really matter to you?” To me, it does not. In fact, as long as I can find a match, I am happy. Hell, I played Mass Effect 3 when it probably had 2,000 people online. But you know what? I didn’t care because I could find a match, and I was enjoying the game.

If you like Halo 4, you’ll play it and not worry about the population which isn’t even bad for a shooter.
