I’m pretty much done with Halo. When Season 2 comes out I’ll come back but really that’s what kept me coming back every week now I can focus on the games I swept under the rug. I may come back for the odd custom game but that’s it for me. Does anyone else agree that they will be putting Halo on the back burner.
No way. I’ll keep playing it much as I have since launch day. I loved Spartan Ops, and I’m sad that it’s over, but I still have to hit 130 in multiplayer and work on my commendations. No back burner for this guy’s Halo 4.
I’m not even sure why I stayed for season 1. I think we’ve pressed enough buttons. I’ll watch the cutscenes on YouTube or something, because those are half decent, but I doubt I’ll play the levels. Halo doesn’t appeal to me any more.
Time to move on. Our destiny awaits.
I’ve never enjoyed something so much in Halo and also -Yoinking!- about so much in Halo, its strange. Spartan op’s is like a wife.
I hope 343 talks about the fate of Spartan ops soon.
i haven’t had the heart to play Halo 4 in about a month, but i do get on to watch the spartan ops episodes to see how everything moved along.
Strangely, for me - The Spartan Ops’ videos seemed to have better story progression than the actual Campaign, which is pretty sad.
I’m pretty sure i’ll eventually come back to Halo 4, but it’ll probably be a while, because it just isn’t fulfilling anymore. We will just have to see how things turn out i guess.

Oooo nice use of quotes to hint at Bungie’s next game.
I just wish it wouldn’t be too hyped up as much as it is since there’s always room for disappointment among that anticipation. I’m going to keep an open mind and hope what comes is as amazing as the previous Halos they’ve worked on. I’m praying it doesn’t turn out like it did for Aliens: Colonial Marines…that game was just AWFUL and an outright lie.
There should be an option for “Hardly played it even before the season ended” or something around those lines
The cut-scenes is the only thing spartan ops is worth (and yeah a few, very few decent missions). I played most episodes and haven’t bothered to play them again, they all feel the same, give no excitement, and plain right boring.
for me 90% less until a Map pack or good custom games come about.

I think that fits in the some what yes category.
Some people say Sp ops was a failure but if it got people coming back every week its a success in my eyes.
I DON’T KNOW…Well this is my check list for Halo 4:
*Complete every Spartan Ops mission on legendary
*Complete the Campaign on legendary
*Have a good play though all the map packs when they come out
*Set up custom games and new maps for when the file browser launches
*Activate all the secret codes
*Reach 130
*Might make a gameplay series on it
*Do some more custom games
*Get though every new playlist a few hundred times
*Conquer the skill level (when/if they release one)
*Wait for the new Spartan Ops series since I enjoyed the last one.
Yeah…there is plenty for me to do in Halo 4 for at least the next year or so…
If they just go with re-runs and I don’t see the point of sticking around other than on the Forums till Halo 5 begins to ramp up or I tire of whatever else I’m playing and just go a round. I’m hoping they’ll section off parts of Season 1 into firefight maps and let us get some ODST and fiesta on. But that’s probably a big ten NO.

Id recommend you come back weekly at the least thats why we have people raging about things like king of the hill not being on when it is on in a conjoined playlist like people asked for. Halo 4 has problems but its not like its the plaug like a lot of people treat it. Team throwdowns the closes to classic Halo feel on Halo 4 id recommend you try that.
Since launch my gaming time has been a solid 90% of my time devoted to Halo 4 now its going be more like 40% I really should try to get 130 though because I’m at 119.

Well I’m here to stay. My Destiny is with Halo, I fell in love with Halo not Bungie.

Bungie peaked with Halo 3.
On topic - I will play somewhat less, because I just got Battlefield 3 and realized what I’m missing out on. Trying to sharpen my Jet skills (Well actually, I’m just trying to get any jet skill :|)

Lol that was a major complaint when BF3 launched was the need for a open map where we could solo learn how to fly the jets.
