Now that Requiem is gone...

…Will there still be Prometheans around? Are they all gone? I like the Prometheans. I hope they still appear later seasons of spartan ops and in halo 5 or the next Halo.

I can’t remember for sure, but from what I do remember, Requiem wasn’t the only Shield World to have Prometheans. They’re like the white blood cells to Shield Worlds, you know?

Pretty sure the Prometheans weren’t just based on Requiem.

I would like to think the covenant had to get some kind of approval from the promethians or else the covenant are betraying them and go their own separate ways.

So I highly think that the promethians still control most of the sheild worlds or arleast control another one.

The Prometheans used a slipspace portal to relocate themselves to a tropical beach planet where they are relaxing and sipping space cocktails with the Brutes.

> Pretty sure the Prometheans weren’t just based on Requiem.

On the basis of what exactly?

Of course there will be more of them.

I’ve never understood how the covies have such a control over forerunner tech, wasn’t all the stuff left behind for the humans to have a fiddle with?

No one told me that they’re on other Forerunner Shield worlds/Installations.

There will be more Prometheans, no doubt. 343i didn’t make them just so they could kill them off in one game. There could be more, at other installations… slight possibility of Prometheans hidden on Installation 03, where the Composer was buried.

That’s where I’m hoping the next season of Spartan Ops will take us, at least for one episode; Installation 03. It would be nice to play a Halo game that’s actually set on a Halo, you know what I mean?

I think watchers and crawlers are interesting, but knights are some of the dumbest enemies in Halo. If you aren’t close to them they just stare at you, and they’re total bullet sponges.

Ok so basically the prometheans are stationed on a specific forerunner installation or planet and can only use that installations individual slipspace network which means they can only travel using slipspace or teleport on their designated installation and cannot travel elsewhere using slipspace unless they are already on that planet, that is all that i can gather from what i know about prometheans so unless Jul took them with him or unless they are from another installation i cannot see them being in the next game.

However i am sure that 343 will have them in the next game after spending time and money on designing and programming the prometheans.

really? Every time i go close to a knight, it throws me and sometimes i don’t get the chance to hit them.

I’m pretty sure there wouldn’t be a suicide button for Requiem if there wasn’t a way to get all of the Prometheans off of the planet. I mean, why waste all those valuable warriors/weapons/etc?

And 343i went through all the trouble to create a new faction of enemies, why would they just throw them away after one game? No, I think the Prometheans are going to return in some capacity in future Halo games, they must have survived somehow.

They weren’t only on Requiem.

I’m sure we’ll encounter more of them in the future. The end of Requiem doesn’t necessarily mean the end of the the Prometheans. I mean look at the Sentinels. They are on more than one Installation.

Plus, as long as there are methods to digitally compose biological beings there will be prometheans.

Firstly I thought ‘Prometheans’ was a nice idea but they were horrible to fight so hopefully them finally being gone it will mean 343i can work on bringing back the true forerunners back, not just some AI with memories of them.

There still has to be some Prometheans around. They’re one of the most important parts of the Halo story now so they have to bring them back in Halo 5. What I really want to see is Prometheans VS Flood. No a fan-made cartoon or something, I mean HEAD ON CLASH IN A HALO GAME! That’d be awesome. Who’s with me on that one?

I hope there was a shield world that worked and is harboring Forerunners, it would be cool to see if they use the covenant to bring them back to dominance or ally with the humans and help them attain the mantle.

I’m sure Jul brought some with him.
