Just picked my Xbone up on Monday along with Halo 5. I can honestly say in my own opinion Halo 5 was the game I was hoping it to be. Fun, kick -Yoink- and downright epic. I’ve been playing Warzone and getting the hang of the controls and it’s the most damn funnest thing to happen since Invasion on Reach.
Campaign is a downright blast. Although I have a bit of a gripe with your writers 343 especially about not explaining the Forerunner Soldier class…Buck was questioning how the Soldiers were able to drive Warthog and I was basically wondering the same thing.
Kudos to Halo 5s OST. The Trials when it played had me going beast mode and had me smiling at the same time. If you gave us the option to change the menu music to any song on the OST I would have that track blaring every time at the main menu. But in all it actually made me tear up to know in an aspect that Halo is back…slowly rising to its feet again with a tweak here and there.
2 years I’ve been gone from Halo and I’m happy to be back with my favorite franchise.

He wasn’t here when it launched like most of us & got it day ONE
He was smart & didn’t fall into the hype, know that it’s great & he doesn’t really have to wait it most likely it was a good buy for him.

Funny troll broski but no I wasn’t here for launch though I wanted to be but I’m glad I wasn’t. It was a good buy for me and I’m enjoying the game. thus far.

Exactly, I know the problems it had since launch and that as far as I know have been corrected. I know the game wasn’t perfect at launch and to be honest I would’ve gotten bored.

Uhm, did you read anything he said? He still criticized 343 based on their storytelling. God forbid someone genuinely enjoys the game.

I still rate Halo5 as my game of the year for 2015

I agree OP, I love Halo 5. My only real gripe is the ranking system. Still trying to figure that out

REQ’d. I hate how it has to be one or the other though, you know? I couldn’t possibly like what both of the companies have done with Halo, and also have problems with what both have done with it, could I? That would just be ridiculous!

I just gotta give credit where credit is due. Halo 5 was a massive step forward for gameplay with 343’s Halo (imo) but has definitely had its fair share of issues.
I’d even put Arkham Knight ahead of Halo. And I’m the type to buy Halo action figures.
