Now it says matchmaking is blocked

Um…I checked my family settings it didnt help just wanted to know if this is cause of the server updates or if I have to contact someone

Um just out of curiosity how do you reset your xbox cause it its like factory reset then…

EDIT: Also this is for matchmaking only not for the story
EDIT2: Nvm it works now let’s try matchmaking cause update is out correct???
