November update/ Battle of shadow and light

Before they announced “battle of shadow and light” they called it the November update and it would be released in a week as of 11/6/2015 but when they showed the new reqs and Armour they said it would be released in a week. So does this update / DLC come out tomorrow or some time next week?

Bravo tweeted out there would be a new community update on Monday. I’m assuming more details then.
