Hi i have played halo 4 since the first day of its release, i have been waiting patiently for the new specializations but in fine print of the promotion it says November 30 so i am starting to gt concerned is anyone else having this problem and if a 343 employee sees this can you please give me some insight on why i haven’t got mine

Actually, the fine print states by the 30th, not the 30th.
The people you should be saying this to is Microsoft, not 343i. Why? Microsoft is the one sending out the email. So, in accordance to the fine print, Microsoft yet again dropped the ball.

This. “By the 30th” means we should have gotten them before the 30th began. This is ridiculous.
Actually 343 said everyone would have them by the 1st of December. So that could be in an hour or 11:59 PM PST tomorrow.
Calm your jets. You can play other games, do other things. Your life should not be Halo.

for two whole weeks i played and let my credits go down the toilet.
for two weeks i watched the “official” halo twitter pages give vague answers at best.
now i’m getting pissed.
with as many things as are broken with this game, i’ll overlook them all if i can actually play the game i payed for.

Well that’s not what the email I received about it said. So maybe they should get their -Yoink- together.

not from waypoint…they are coming from microsoft. and no, nobody has gotten one yet
Like people have been saying. If you’re too darn impatient waiting for the codes, go and do something else. I, like many people the world over, have been playing the game since launch but despite all the flaws (of which I have personally experienced) and all the reasons to complain I do not dedicate myself to playing halo all the dang time so my frustration is dealt with as soon as I put another game in.
tl;dr: The codes are coming, just be patient or find something else to do. =/

Well, they sent out the email letting us know about the codes on the 15th of October (at least for me)So you’ve known about how long it would take for a while. Maybe you shouldn’t have rushed through your spartan career? :c I play almost every day and used around 30 double XP codes. But i won’t hit SR50 till the end of today.

as somebody who was VERY patient for the first two weeks, i can now say, my patience is OVER.

Some money-saving, time-saving advice for those who wish to rank up faster: play Spartan Ops missions via Matchmaking. Set on Heroic difficulty, these missions are very easy, and provide more than adequate experience per 10 minute game (5950 xp). This is the equivalent to a decently completed war game match in any playlist X 2!!!
With such, there is no need to spend countless hours locked up if you are into gaining ranks. Moreso, double xp codes are worthless as you get the same amount of Xp as this with them when playing war games.
With double Xp codes in a 9-10 minute Spartan Ops mission online, you receive roughly 11000 XP per match, even if you only kill ten bots.
I have been playing this game since its realease and cannot do anything besides play xbox and eat since im on house arrest. and i dont understand what is so terribe about not having an email yet. I am also a 70 and cannot get any higher yet. but this is more of a gift than an issue. if you can hit top rank within the first month of the realease, than why would you care about the code so much right now. I see no problem here. all your going to do is get the code and hit the new top rank in a few weeks. Then you will be in the same position as you are now. Unable to rank up. for all the true halo fans out there, the best thing to do is just play the game and enjoy killing the other team. your rank doesnt make you better in game and has no real meaning since you cant rank down like in previous games. just kill the noobs and Fight this online war Abord the Infinity.

Nothing is stopping you from playing the game except your need to level up.

Here’s what you are missing. Most people just want access to a bigger variety of features. I’m sure after people hit sr 130 they will have unlocked many things they want, but not all, and even so, then they can play the game the way they want to for fun. As of now, they are all limited, which is why they are mad.
I have as well played since halo 4 has been released and as of yesterday at 10:12pm I became SR:70 I have been looking in my email every two hours just incase but as of so far nothing besides a couple of usless stuff from other sites.
This does suck because im lvl 30 and I want to continue to lvl up but I can’t.
