A little bird told me that anyone who plays the game at launch will have access to ALL specializations by November 20th via a code emailed to them. Can someone confirm this with documentation evidence?

It’s if you play by the 20th. You’ll get your code e-mailed on the 30th. And the evidence is on Microsoft’s website and the Xbox Dashboard.
