I know there’s a lot of talk of this being the possible Launch Day for Halo Infinite. For some reason people were saying that those days were on a weekend. I just checked this years calendar and the 16th is in fact on a Tuesday. Does this solidify that launch date? What are your thoughts?
I have to put in my annual PTO for guaranteed days and I’m thinking about putting in for the 17-19. I can always cancel them if it doesnt come to fruition but I think the stars/planets have aligned for such a release.

That is a very advantageous position to be in. Wishful thinking on my part that they’ll announce a date before the end of January…maybe even do it via the community update hopefully this week. I really thought we would be getting monthly updates on Infinite based on there title of Infinite news in December.

Our roster is written up 8 weeks in advance… so I don’t need to know until August.
Plus I do shift work… so it’s very easy to organise 4 or 5 day blocks off without taking leave (just need to squish shifts elsewhere). Add in a week of leave and Bob’s your Uncle.

…and we do not know much at all. I think 343i could put this subject to rest if its content complete, instead of Bonnie Ross sending cryptic posts on twitter trying to be cute about it.
I’m sticking with Nov 15th, I said that date a long time ago, I know it’s a Monday and not a normal release day but it’s the 20th anniversary and that’s a big deal, I expect a change from the norm.

I’m just happy that we’re getting monthly updates. It’s something to keep us up to date and is much better than radio silence haha.
I think we’ll probably see a release date at a marketing event like E3 or whatever takes it’s place this year. Personally I can’t see them making a huge announcement like that in a blog post.
I do think your November 16th guess is pretty close though. November is the 20th Anniversary of Halo so it would seem very fitting. Guess we’ve got to wait and see
I think November 15th as well for my first pick. November 16th being my second. If it’s on the 16th, I would imagine a big event for CE in MCC on the 15th, to hype people up for Infinite’s release the next day. But I still think releasing Infinite on the 15th makes more sense from a marketing standpoint since it’s the actual anniversary date, who knows
