Novels references with Halo 4

So I know that both The Forerunners Saga and The Kilo-Five Trilogy are related to the Reclaimer Trilogy and I wanted your opinion about which should I read first.
I want to spend this remaining days reading the novels because I want to be prepared to any surprise on Halo 4 but which saga you think would have more references to Halo 4? I already begun Cryptum so for now my options are to read Cryptum and Primordium but if you think Glasslands and The Thursday War would be better option then I think I still have time to switch.
I have read like synopsis and summaries about the four books and I kind of know what are they about, while cryptum and primordium aproches more to the forerunners (maybe the reason why The Didact seems to be the bad guy), glasslands and the thursday war talk more about what it’s going on in the current time(the factions of the Covenant for example).

Read Glasslands and Thursday War if you want to know the details of why Covenant are present at Requiem.

Read Cryptum and Primordium if you want to know a little about the Didact. I think GL and TW are a little more informative. Understandably, most spoilers for Bear’s novels will take place in Silentenium which is released after Halo 4.

I wouldn’t recommend it, just read the synopsis on halopedia or something. The writing is horrible. EVERYONE bashes on Halsey, every male character is a wuss and almost all females are damn mary sue.

The Forerunner saga is alright though, it’s not extremely exiting to read but there’s a lot of good info in there.

EDIT: Oh yeah you’ve already read the synopsis

How can you make an accurate judgement off of a synopsis…?

Glasslands was a good read, even though a lot of people didn’t like it.

Read:
Cryptum
Primordium

The Ghosts of Onxy (ties in with Glasslands)
Glasslands
The Thursday War (I haven’t finished this yet, I have two more chapters to go!)

I thought the books were pretty good, the are readable by multiple age groups but still relevant and insightful

In fact I read about Cryptum, Primordium and Glasslands in both Halopedia and Halo Nation, also a little info about The Thursday War, and well I think I have decided to read The Forerunners saga.
One of the reasons is because when I read the summaries on Halopedia and Halo Nation I understood better the story of Glasslands, less confusing. When I read about Cryptum and Primordium I understood some things but others seemed more complicated it kept me with more doubts and questions than Glasslands so that’s why I will go with The Forerruners Saga. Thank you all for you responses.
