Noticed a trend

I’ve noticed that when people make a thread or a post stating “Hey its working great!” people are so eager to say something along the lines of “Just because it works for you doesn’t mean it works for everyone else.”
However, when someone posts something stating “343 Broke MCC” no one is as eager to say “Just because it doesn’t work for you doesn’t mean it doesn’t work for everyone else.”
In fact, when people state how its broken for them, I can see that whole “misery loves company” saying manifest which soon turns into a hate bandwagon in a sense. Just thought this was very interesting.

yup
ive been calle dout a couple of times for mentioning the excessive whining going on.
oh well, works for me

Haters need attention to survive, so they form these bandwagons to help each other I guess

This is indeed very interesting. Thank you for being one of the few to realize this. Take my ‘Like’, yo.

What did I just read? Are you kidding, right? The whole purpose of the game is to work for the absolute majority. If it still doesn’t work for many people, “Just because it doesn’t work for you doesn’t mean it doesn’t work for everyone else.” argument does not apply. I acknowledge that the game works for some people. But it’s friggin supposed to work for everyone (almost).

I guess I still miss it. All I wanted to say is:

Duh! It would be a very stupid thing to say.

Lol’d at this. Good point made.

I think these forums would make a great breeding ground for a psych study! =)

Without a doubt. It’d be interesting to cross reference this Halo community with those of past years as well.
