Nothing wrong with the new features...

Hey guys, I’ve been really looking forward to seeing the new mechanics and features for the MP of halo 4. Everyone has been extremely negative about all of them but I think the main issue was just the armour abilities.

Out of all of the things 343i are adding to the experience, it’s the fact that they’ve kept armour abilities that worries me. They are the things that add random encounters and unbalance in the game. The only thing I can be happy about is that armour lock is gone. “phew”
These new “COD” like features are only slight tweaks to the style you play best, not huge game changing abilities like being able to fly, go invisible, see though walls, etc.

What do you guys think? I mean really, what is the most unbalanced out of the two?

Too many people read about these features and say “OH HEY THEY COPIED IT FROM COD IT MUST BE A BAD FEATURE”, some of the hate is just blind hate, people forget that there are games with features like what’s being added to Halo 4 that had these features LONG before COD every touched them.

honestly, i am going to wait for gameplay until i decide if the mp is unbalanced

one thing i have noticed about wraparound is that it is a little larger than previous arena style maps in the other games. Maybe they did this because sprint was in the game so you couldn’t get across the map too quickly?

That and the fact that sprint has been nerfed, you get hit while running you either slow down or drop out of sprint.

But since sprint was nerfed I’m sure the jet pack has been as well
