does anyone know how to update my game information onto Halo Waypoint. I check my service record, and it says I haven’t completed missions I did 3 years ago, and have the achievements for. Almost none of my info is accurate on this site.
If you have changed your gamertag at any point within that time, then your stats will likely not have synced up. The only way to sync some of the older games is to actually boot them up and play something under your new gamertag - like forge, campaign, customs, anything as long as you’re connected to Xbox Live. Might take a bit but everything should sync up eventually after that

I haven’t changed my gamer tag. And I’m talking about the newish games that I’ve been playing usually a few times a month for the past few years. It doesn’t update.
What games are you seeing issues with - are there differences between what you see in-game vs. here on Waypoint?

The Master Chief collection. All the games in that. And yes, in game it’s updated. On here, nothing is correct.
Aha, ok now I understand. MCC is a whole different issue - it’s actually undergoing a massive restructure to resolve a lot of issues like this, so while there isn’t anything that can be done right now (bar trying to replay some levels and see if they record correctly), the work being done now will prevent things like this from happening in the future.
