My enjoyment of Halo has just gone down the drain. Desync is still a rampant issue, one that has caused many deaths, BTB is basically unplayable due to how high the ping is in that mode, and there’s just nothing left to do in Infinite now that I’ve completed the battle pass, and all the seasonal events. You know things really suck when you can’t even play the game for fun anymore. I just won’t be touching the game again until season 2.
On a slightly unrelated note, I can’t even play MCC anymore without getting absolutely destroyed. Although, matching with really skilled boys could be due to less players, since most have switched to infinite and the only MCC players left are really skilled ones. I can’t even play social without having to sweat my butt off. That PLUS how little season points you unlock for completing weekly challenges make unlocking the rest of the cosmetics an insane grind. The game only gives you ONE season point for completing 3 missions on legendary or something, its ridiculous.
However, I know MCC updates are still being worked on, and H:I S2 is barely a month away, which will include campaign co-op as a mid-season update if I remember correctly. I still have faith 343 can turn things around, but for now, the only Halo stuff I’ll be spending my time with are MCC mods.
