Okay so over the past few days I’ve been trying to fix this god forsaken problem. At first it was with me realizing that no nameplates were being unlocked despite me doing exactly what the requirement was. Then, after getting to rank 6 or so on Competitive Invasion, I restarted my game and it was reset back to 1. Another thing that’s happening is that no stats are being recorded, they all read 0, and my rival, which I set as my best friend a few days ago, has also been reset. The only things being saved are my spartan customization, season progress, and emblem. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue as its really making me not want to play the game at all since all of my progress is just being thrown out as soon as my game restarts.
I’ve contacted all methods of support, and the only response I got was to make a post on these forums. I made a thread about this issue on 12/12 and have bumped the topic on separate occasions 6 times. No response but 2 others claiming they also had the issue. If you get the issue resolved, please let me know. Otherwise, doesn’t seem they read this forum.

I have given them youtube video showing this as well. So frustrating.

I have the same issue with rank levels and rivals too. Open a ticket too but no response … The only problem I see is Windows Telemetry because I have a special Windows Version : Windows Arium and by default it desactivate all the -Yoink- things on Windows 10 like Cortana, telemetry etc … I tried to reinstall the Telemetry with a little software called OOSU10 but I think we can’t do that 
When it’s done, it’s forever so now we need a fix or something to synchronyse the rank and the progression via Steam Cloud for example ? It doesn’t seem a lot I think ?
Can you take care of this Halo Support ?

I also experienced this today. When i restart the game it resets me back to my lower rank i was earlier. I got some notification that something was out of sync with the cloud and it hasn’t been recording my games since.

My friends have some bug happen to them and they can’t heaven properly play the game or launch the game without bugs
