So I pre-ordered Halo 5 from best buy and I’m pretty sure you’re suppose to get some sort of pre-order bonuses. However when I went to pick up the game from best buy and asked how to redeem the bonuses they had no idea how and just told me there are none. So I’m wondering if any of you pre-order from best buy and if you received the pre-order bonuses?

I read over the receipt and unless I misses something there’s no code to redeem.

Has anyone else pre-ordered from best buy and gotten nothing?
It’s usually on the receipt, but it wasn’t on mine. Some kind of error. Go to best buy support and tell them you didn’t receive yours. They’ll ask you for a number on your receipt and then they’ll e-mail you the code. Took only a couple hours, for me.
I contacted best buy and they said it would take about 72 hours and that we would be emailed the preorder bonus codes. This was oct 28th. Still nothing in my email. Safe to say this is that last game I preorder from best buy. They owe me 20$ too, I bought ACS and Halo… no 10$ reward yet either…
