I have read many threads regarding the Crimson DLC being free because it was a “trial.”

I just wanted to know if 343 actually confirmed that? and if they did do people actually believe that’s true for even a second?

Basically they made a mistake and gamers capitalized on it and Microsoft tweeted it was okay and on them if you downloaded it. The next event was BS Angel posted surprise message that it’s a trial. On Monday they’re going to disable the maps for anyone who took advantage of the Zero MS points offered through the Halo 4 way point menu. I’m sure the next map pack trial will go more smoothly.
