Not showing reclaimed hdd space after uninstall

hi all
just uninstalled (I think) halo 5 and halo 5 forge on my pc yet my HDD space is not showing as regained. any ideas?
I frankly think its nuts I had to google how to uninstall it, who in their right mind thinks “use the start menu right click as an option to uninstall” is a good thing?
any ideas?

If you haven’t already, try rebooting your machine and see if the free space returns. If it hasn’t, click on your start menu and type ‘apps’ then select ‘Apps & Features’ from the results list. Double check that it has been uninstalled from there. If it’s definitely not there, wsreset may resolve this:

  • Click on your start menu - type wsreset - click / tap on the wsreset command option that comes upProbably worth doing a restart after that as well
