Not showing proper rank or stats

Went onto halo reach and it says I’m the recruit rank with no armour completion or commendation, but when I go into the armoury it says I’m a forerunner which is my actually rank. The most annoying part is in multiplayer it says I’ve reached my credit limit without even playing a single game. anyone else getting these problems??

same problem here can you fix this 343 its really annoying

Same problem here. Perhaps caused by the midst recent update?

Should be fixed, only issue is with players during the patch, getting on and off was fine for me.
