not seeing the first 2 reqs from req bundle

I just bought the limited edition halo 5 guardians and redeemed the code for the bundle and fall of reach series. How ever after i installed the Warzone REQ Bundle, i checked the “Open Packs” Screen and I do not see the first two packs i am supposed to get. please help

I’m having that exact same problem. I bought mine today too, not seeing the first two. Also, why don’t they tell you that it will be 2 per week UP FRONT. All it says currently is how great their req packs are…

It does tell you it’s 2 per week on page before you buy, it has done since launch.

Is this the first bundle you have bought or is it a 2nd pack? You can only redeem one bundle per gamertag

Same with me I’ve had the warzone bundle for some time and there was no problem with that got all my packs in the weeks to come then today I bought the arena bundle and didn’t get my first two packs I tried resetting both console and game even uninstalled the pack then redownloaded it and nothing

I got the two packs the next day, so problem solved. (On my end) I also bought it with a physical card, not xbox live store, so that’s probably why I didn’t see the 2 per week thing. Im aware it says it on the card, but why not in-game? I just dont want more people getting screwed over like i was (I thought it was all 14 at once) Also, if anyone is wondering, i got mostly junk that will be turned into points from my two packs. very sad. much wow. Maybe ill have better luck next time…

All you got to do is play a couple of matches at least thats what i did. still sucks that i have to wait 7 weeks to get everything but thats because 343 has lost their damn minds.
