If it’s just me then it’s just me, but if it’s anyone else too, I’ll put this in the Support forums.
After many of my Arena games, it will say something like “not retrieving data” at the end of the match, but I’ll never actually lose connection or get booted out or anything. I’m hoping this does’t mean I’m not getting credit for completing the game.
Does this happen to you too?
Every now and then.
After a Warzone match, I can’t see my REQs earned as it just says “Loading Data”.
I have to return to the main menu to be able to see them.
No doubt it’ll be fixed in due course.
It’s happened to me a few times, and one time it affected my friend’s placement matches, so they weren’t counting. He backed out and went back in and they started counting afterwards, but four matches or so were null and void for him. So you’re not alone in this.
Yeah, it’s an annoying problem.
I can easily guess how many REQ points I roughly earned but I’d like to see how far my commendations have gone, or the carnage report in general.
Many times happen to my team
This also happens to me time to time and it’s very frustrating not getting rewarded for a win, or even still getting xp. 343 please look into this and fix it.
Never happens to me in Arena but will ALWAYS happens to me in Warzone 100% of the time the match ends.
It has happened to me in every single warzone match I’ve played for the last 3 days!!! So no it’s not just you.
Happens to me every other match
Had that situation a couple of times in arena tonight. Freaked me out. Had to back out then select again and everything done showed up.

Every single match in team seat for 3 days straight now
It’s just an arbitrary bug that occurs in roughly 10% of matches I finish if I had to take a guess. It’s been like this since launch.
yea it has happened to me a bit in arena. Sometimes the scoreboard does come up after a couple seconds and sometimes it does not.
I get this error too, tis annoying.
it happens a few times, but I dont think its a connection issue. As long as you dont get booted in the outro animation your game saves.

Maybe once or twice a night it’ll happen to me. It usually works out after a game or so that I get credited with what I was owed.
