Not registering my completion of Legend/Solo

I spent several days during the week beating Halo 4 solo on Legendary.
I got the achievements for them and everything, but I don’t have the commendations for it nor does it confirm this on my Halo 4 Waypoint Stats.

Is this happening to anyone else?
Is there a way that I/anyone can fix this?

YOU NEED TO BE ON XBL FOR IT TO COUNT. (the whole time!)
