Not Recieving Warzone REQ Packs

i haven’t received my weekly Warzone REQ pack and would like to talk to someone who can help?
I’ve called Xbox and they referred me to this and he said that this is the furthest he can go.
What happened was, I was going to hold onto my Warzone REQ packs so i could save them for usage after i obtained most of the lower tier armor/gear/weapons/etc.
Since the Warzone have the highest chance of getting the highest tier equipment. I saved 2 of them and did not receive my weekly REQ pack for this pass week of 12/12/15 and was curious since the Cartographer DLC was about to drop, if they had change the date for the REQ packs. However the day of the DLC has passed and i have yet to receive anything.
Please respond back soon, I don’t mean to bother anyone i’m just trying to get something i paid for and enjoy my time playing a game that I love.

Side Note
~Can you create a better muting system for pregame loading? I have parents and children that get annoyed by the vulgar language been used online. It’ll also be cool if there was a way to inspect like the past generations of Halo, since I am one of ego and like to gloat about my achieved armor.

Did you get the Warzone REQ packs through a bundle or buy them individually?

The Warzone REQ Bundle grants two Premium REQ Packs every week that you log in for 7 weeks, totaling in 14 REQ Packs. If you redeemed your Warzone REQ Bundle at launch, you will have already received all 14 of your Premium REQ Packs.

I have the same problem i thiught it was due to xbox having issues with live content. Ive had numerous problems over the last 2 weeks

Same issue, I thought that I had bad memory but I dint recieved all my packs
