Hello all!
Since this season (Raven) started in master chief collection, I haven’t been receiving level-up packages upon rank up. I didn’t think much of it until my buddy said that he still gets them. Is this a known issue or would anyone have any clarification of how level-up packages work?
Any help is appreciated!
