I have contacted xbox customer service about not receiving all my packs…they sad go to halowaypoint and you can resolve my issue
What warzone packs? The bundle? It comes in waves, every week you’ll get 2 packs with 3 permanent items.

For 7 weeks. You get 14 packs total it’s not infinite.
Edit: Consider reporting this thead for wrong forum. It’s in the OPs best interest to have this moved to H5G Support forum.
Did you get all of them?
They ended like mid December if you purchased at launch:)

Many of us have had issues with the warzone req bundle just be persistent if you truly think you did not receive them comment on every post that is about this concern they will eventually look into your account and see if you actually had opened them or not. Personally I had pushed and got mine dealt with via Xbox support but it took a long time I was only getting 1 pack like every 3 weeks or so it was weird I received maybe 4 packs but good luck to you and keep fighting on to earn your customizations

Does anyones else REQ system no longer work? mine is down and i don’t know how to fix it. I’m stuck with no upgrades and not able to purchase any war packs at all. also I can’t change my appearance due to their “system encountering a problem”, any feedback would help. oh yeah and the losing screen for normal slayer does not show who I’m playing against ex:any other gamertag names or their rank, the system just looks to be loading. I still have live and can battle just can’t upgrade squat!
Never received one pack. Been waiting since December!
